- Description: A day of endings and openings. Sunflowers, slow rhythm, and the quiet ritual of welcome.

The sun tried hard today. A heavy light pressed on everything, not quite breaking through. A slow-moving domestic day, home and apartment both needing tending. Laundry moved at a breakneck pace, though I did not.
I moved like fog. But I showed up, and things got done.

Turning days feel like punctuation in the rhythm of this place.
Guests leave. Guests are due.
The space breathes in and out.

### Turning Day ritual

Guests leave. Guests are due.
It’s not just cleaning, this day.

It’s a closing, an ending of something I always hope held you well.
Then a clearing, an opening of space, for you.

A turning, with a hopeful goodbye and a heart-filled welcome.
Everything in this place is touched, refreshed, made new
for the moment it becomes your home, just for a while.

You are always welcome here.
